Who We Are
In the early 1950's our Grandfather, Ron Little, established "Little's Wrecking" in Gympie. He was a busy man - farming beans before and after
work while growing a wrecking yard business right in the middle of town!
Our Grandmother (Phyl) was also the forward thinking type - taking her combie van out on the road selling parts to workshops all over South
East Qld.
By the 1980's our parents had taken on the business and started to specialise in parts & accessories for 4WD vehicles. Again, they
were busy folk - this time farming on the weekends while still growing the established wrecking yard in Gympie. Bruce & Kathy Walker
then started Gympie 4WD Spares, eventually moving the business to a purpose built premises off the Bruce Hwy, Gympie Sth. Their efforts
were rewarded with industry recognition through the Auto Parts Recycler's Association of Australia in 1996. Eventually two of their three
children came back into the business - Ben & Brandy have been co-owners for the past few years.
After thirty years in the business of new & used 4WD parts & accessories Gympie 4WD Spares has introduced Ez4x4.com.au to give our customers another way
to shop our great range. We know you use your 4x4 for work, play and everything in between - so we don't just sell the fun stuff -
we have everything you need!
At Gympie 4WD Spares we have been repairing, servicing, fitting accessories and sourcing new & used 4wd parts for over thirty years. We
have great quality brands like TJM and Drivetech 4x4. We only carry 4x4 Parts & Accessories that have a reputation for quality.
Because we have the backup of an established and well regarded family business we are able to offer what some 4wd online shopping experiences
may be missing - the comfort of knowing your purchases are backed by years of knowledge and people who can help you out while shopping
for 4x4 accessories, parts & 4WD recovery gear.
Our Gympie store is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, and on Saturday from 8am-12pm.
